As there are too many variables that will affect the time needed for inspection and is hard to mitigate those variables, the only way to make our job easier is to minimize the time spent in the office producing report. Time save through using the application can be channeled to completing more inspection and other tasks on hand.
The fear to losing memory card or accidentally deleting photos which cannot be recover are resolve as the application will be "cloud" base which means photos taken will automatically upload and backup in the cloud.
