Periodic Structural Inspection (PSI) on Sentosa Island
PSI inspection on 94 various buildings such as Bunkers, old Colonial Buildings, Waterfront Stations and many more. This is to ensure that the buildings are safe and structural sound, for the continual use of public.
Other than that, TSM also worked on the Sentosa Monorail structural. As the monorail is heavily used, TSM looked in depth on the whole monorail system which includes the bearings. This is crucial to ensure that the monorail and its structure system is safe.
LTA Contract – Road Maintenance Project Including Response to Feedback
Inspection and Road Work Inspection for over 1000 including expressways, roads, and road related facilities for whole Singapore.

2. Provision of Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services - Civil & Structural Engineering, and Quantity Surveying Consultancy Services.
Signs Provision of Structural Inspection and assessment to the condition and integrity of brown signs under Singapore Tourism Board all over Singapore. Total of 263 brown sign structure. Provision includes PE endorsement and recommendation.
Mitigating the handing over of roads constructed by JTC to LTA and related government agencies such as NEA, PUB and N Parks . In addition, engaging contractors and consultants to ensure the roads are in satisfactory condition to specific standards.
